The First Cage-Free Accommodation in Thessaloniki
Since February 2026, Il Conformista Casa Storica has adopted a Cage-Free policy and is committed to sourcing all the eggs it uses (shell eggs, powdered eggs, and liquid eggs) exclusively from cage-free farming systems across all its owned, managed, or franchise operations. This initiative is implemented in collaboration with the Panhellenic Animal Welfare Federation.
